"Not sure if you want to come to this place or not but I'll let you know that it is not intended to be a very good place for clean people or someone who is faint to the point that they have a fit when they see dirt on the bed, bathroom, floor and the door way had major spider Webb and they are going to be banging on the door on the check out day at 6am to see if you're staying or not to make it known to the room next door 😀"

I have a service dog and asked for an inside corridor room on the 2nd floor (no elevator) but was still put in an outside room (165) on the first floor where power washing was happening. After I complained to the front desk person, this work ended in a few minutes. There were a few construction vehicles parked on this side, and It appeared that the workers were staying here. "The bathroom door was filthy with paint coming off and chipped wood. The mirror wasn't clean. The dispensers were empty of the shower gel and shampoo. Only 3 pillows for a King size bed. They only give a bag for ice without the canister. The bag leaked. Not a place that you want to stay."

"The staff was very helpful and seem to have an attitude of wanting to help. Kushal was working at the front desk, and saw that we needed some assistance. He immediately came from around the desk and offered to help us. It was just a fantastic stay."

"A non smoking hotel however…We had to be moved to a different floor due to the floor and our room smelling of marijuana. The room we were moved to was clean but the stench of stale cigarettes permeated . That was a deterrent in any high ratings i would give. Desk clerk was accommodating to move us to a new room, as stated, it had a stale cigarette stench. We will not stay here again. I also used Expedia thinking it was the best price.. $167. In looking at the Glo website the same room was $90"

"The size of the room was great. However, the rooms are not properly cleaned. No ice machine on the floors, no pool, roaches, the a/c did not cool the room, one elevator working, the shower head pressure was light. The restaurants around the hotel absolutely did not care about customer service. We will never return."

"Check in was super easy and the staff who helped me was very nice. I stayed in the pet friendly room, and it smelled like a mix of urine and cleaning spray. The wall is super thin so you can hear everything and everyone. Besides that, the room was spacious, had all the basic amenities and the floors are tiled."
