"The hotel is beautifully appointed but the door to the bathroom was ***poorly!!! designed. The door opened inside the bathroom blocking access to the toliet. Staff training at the reception needs to be improved. When I asked about getting to the city centre, I was told to get a taxi. I was not given any options e.g. take the free shuttle to the airport, take a bus into town.=== take a ride to the nearest train/tram to the city centre. "Close proximity to Dublin airport. great value for what was provided, well stocked gym, spacious room with a fridge! Towels, toiletries provided. Shuttle service to airport very convenient. Had a lovely meal in the onsite restaurant.Our only regret is instant coffee seems to be always provided! In Canada, we have coffee pots the room with pods of coffee that test so much better!"
