When you tell a customer that they made a mistake, you insult them. What mistake did I make? Was it misunderstanding the clerk at the front desk about breakfeast being not included in the reservation? Or was it spending an extra 45 minutes looking for the hotel because the one I was directed to go to was under construction? That's OK, becsuse I paid for my meal even though I'm certain the clerk said it was included - he did offer to cover my bill after I complained, but I'm not a cheat and my dignaty is not for sale. The real mistake I made was staying at a 490 dollar per night hotel with a staff tells me that I'm stupid.

Attempts were made to contact you through the information provided in your reservation, but I was unable to connect with you. Due to the ongoing renovations, your reservation was upgraded at no additional cost to the nicest hotel in Springdale and there were signs with that information placed at the Majestic View Lodge property.It is unfortunate that your visit to Zion focused on the misunderstanding at breakfast, however, I hope that the rest of your trip was memorable.If any guest reading this has any questions or concerns about a future reservation, please reach out directly through the property's website.

The majestic view inn was very nice and the staff was very helpful. This place had plenty of things to do after a day of hiking in Zion.

Amazing Place to Stay
As the name of the lodge suggests, the views are majestic! Virtually everything about this lodge is great. The location is perfect as it is situated a bit away from the town which makes it a bit secluded and quiet. The rooms are, well......roomy. Quite roomy! They're also super clean and comfortable. The whole hunting lodge themed decoration wasn't necessarily my favorite, but I know some will really enjoy it. What I did enjoy was the really large and really comfortable king bed. in short, the room was quite luxurious for the price. The wi-fi was strong and I was able to get really fast internet. Finally, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

I loved Majestic View! It was really close to the entrance of Zion park and the room was big and clean! We also liked that there was a restaurant on the property, and the food was good! We enjoyed the hot tub after a long hike. The only downfall is they do not have free breakfast, but they did have coffee and juices for the guest, so that was nice!

Beautiful Suite
We loved the suite, large balcony overlooking the mountains, cool country feel in the room! Loved the animal themed decorations and the wood furniture. I really enjoyed the little animal museum. Not far from the entrance to Zion.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Springdale. The views from our room were great and the staff were very friendly. Our room was attached to another one, so we found the noise from the other side travelled through the walls easily. Short drive to the Zion park gates, but a bit far to be able to walk to the restaurants in town. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The view from the balcony was gorgeous. What we didn't like was: having to ask for a warm blanket for the bed, not having a microwave, the thermostat on the wall was too high, and I couldn't read the LED screen to manage the temperature in the room.
