"Front desk staff are helpful.. hotel location is near the shopping area at 万象天地。 couples of restaurants around to have supper or front desk will be able to assist if you order food from 美团。。 thanks staff for their services for our stay there. "
"I was amazed at the price and booked a one week stay. The room was cleaned each day and communication with the front desk was easy on WeChat. The building is above a Shopping Mall and food and grocery shopping is also located close to the building."

"The room was clean and tidy. Service was excellent including welcome feelings from Front Office Layla and the Concierge staff seeing us off. Both were professional and supportive to offer us help without prompt.
There was a drunken guest shouting and yelling on Day 2 @11pm and I immediately called the enquiry to ask what has happened. We didn't expect the front desk staff had a record of this and gave us a box of chocolate to apologize. Attention to details and I plan to come back again to stay. "

"The hotel was very beautifully decorated with accommodating and friendly staff. The room was decorated with modern decor and was clean. The breakfast had lots of options of both western and Chinese food with a variety of options for vegetarians too. The pool was clean and spacious."
"I visited Shenzhen with my two teenage children and stayed at this hotel for 17 days. During our stay, the staff were extremely kind and professional. They thoughtfully arranged two rooms with views of “Windows of the World,” which was perfect for me and my kids. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that we really enjoyed. The only downside was the air conditioning—our room had a lingering smell of smoke. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back."
