My original room was actually leaking water from the ceiling, but the front desk was very accommodating in helping me switch rooms. The rooms here are nice and spacious! The wooden appearance and green color scheme gives off soothing, nature vibes. The staff is decent; they open the front door for you and serve cart snacks on the lobby floor. The convenience of this hotel is easily the best aspect though, as it connects to a decent shopping mall with many food options.

I visited Shenzhen with my two teenage children and stayed at this hotel for 17 days. During our stay, the staff were extremely kind and professional. They thoughtfully arranged two rooms with views of “Windows of the World,” which was perfect for me and my kids. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that we really enjoyed. The only downside was the air conditioning—our room had a lingering smell of smoke. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back.
