"Clean and well equipped. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment. The spa was clean and spacious on the 7th floor. Great 4 star hotel."

"Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Besonders das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zum Geburtstag meines Vaters wurden sogar Gutscheine für die Rooftop Bar in unser Zimmer gelegt und unser Zimmer wurde zweimal täglich gemacht, um tagsüber eine Couch und Abends ein Schlafsofa zu haben. Toller Service!!"

"We visited on our baby moon and our room was decorated really nicely. We booked the hotel as the pool area looked lovely and we had planned to relax around the pool during our stay - unfortunately this was not possible due to the pool being drained for maintenance and was being refilled whilst we were there. The pool area was therefore shut off. We had no idea we would not be able to use the pool prior to our holiday so we’re disappointed at this. The receptionists did say they’d allow us access...

"This is DEFINITELY NOT a four star - the first night of arrival we were late getting in and the first impression was grim. Front desk was nice enough but it was not a feel good feeling overall. Furniture in the guest area was stained- we got to our room and it was dark and honestly gave me an anxiety attack- felt like a chalk outline should have been on the floor. Stains on the furniture, and curtains, walls and carpets. Bathtub had a chunk of tile missing. We tried to do any early check out the...
