"This property is a Philly gem. It is so cute and cozy. It is updated and has the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. Gabe and Jon are great hosts and communication with them was easy, as they got back to me in a timely manner. We will definitely stay there on our next visit."

"I highly, highly recommend! Great location (hipster, cool vibe and location), the property is lovely (the room was huge, clean, modern and had all the amenities). Check-in was via text. We got a code, and it worked for the door to the lobby and to the room. Whenever I had a question, sent a text and received a response a few moments later. Only drawback was TV - Roku. You have to have access to streaming services to watch ESPN for example. I get it, just not convenient. What a gem! Will...

"I have never had a better experience at a hotel. I did thorough research to find the right place and it did not disappoint. The owners are the kindest, most genuine people. The property clearly demonstrates the meticulous care as well as effort for their guests. It is clean, cozy, enchanting, private and unique. I am actually sad that I cannot stay a bit longer but I’ve already rebooked my next stay. Also, if you’re visiting for the arts or artistic performances, then this is your perfect spot....

"We just came back after 10 years. We were not disappointed! We love the brunch at La Croix. Looking forward to Scarpetta on our next visit. Stopped by the bar for a drink and to people watch and enjoyed live music and a lively but nice crowd.
Love the LeLabo toiletries. Super comfy bed and pillows. I am A sucker for plush bathrobes and slippers which they offered. Was convenient to have an iron in the room too!
We got to stroll Rittenhouse Square Park- which is directly outside. Great shops...

"We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. "This was our first time staying at Elements downtown and we absolutely LOVED it! The room was spacious and clean and the location was PERFECT for us to see/do everything we wanted to in Philly! The staff was also very nice and helpful, especially Christie and Caydie at breakfast.
My only complaint would be that while our towels were changed and bathroom was cleaned everyday, our beds weren’t made everyday.
