"Clean room, refridgerator was nice"

"Room was dirty. Visible dirt in corners of bathroom and pool area was just grimy. Water smelled sour on skin when we got out of the hot tub. Hot tub was like warm bath water not hot. Breakfast was decent. Would not book again."

"58 reservations were canceled a glitch in their system. We didn’t receive the same rooms we booked. One of the doors was jammed and they had to try and use different tools to open it because they couldn’t even get it open. The air conditioner didn’t work and they had no extra blankets available to give us so we had to go to the local Walmart to pick up blankets and pillows."

"Staff was nice and very helpful. Having a kitchen is always nice to have. I do wish breakfast works be served a little earlier."

"Probably one of the worse places I've stayed. It was dirty, smelled, the bathroom shower was busted. When I asked if they could change my sheets I was brought the sheets to change my own bed. The staff and the mates lingered in the lobby and smoking section. The ladies at the desk were at least pleasant when we came to the desk."

"We called before arriving to let the staff know that we were going to arrive by 10:30 pm as we were going straight to our event. The lady who answered the phone said that they were sold out and cannot warantee that we will have a room upon our arrival. We had prepaid the room. So, we had to go to the hotel and checked in so we were not going to loose the room. We travel often and that never happened to us."

"It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast."
