"The hot tub was VERY dirty, there was a thick film around the entire top of the tub. While I understand leaves from the tree, the pool was also dirty. The sauna was not in working order. Our room also had cleanliness issues in the bathroom, like a dirty shower and walls in the bathroom. "

"The suite was okay, nice size but nothing special for a suite and for the price. The toilet kept getting clogged-had to call maintenance 4-5 times in 2 days. I had an issue with the front desk rep telling me that I would have to use the restroom in the lobby (3 floors down) because it was after hours and no one was there to fix.
