"1. They never come to clean rooms , NEVER! 2. Weekend staff is rude and always on their personal phones and treat foreigners with rudeness and disrespect . "Had to share one tub stopper between the rooms me and my parents stayed at. Small roaches and beetles in room. Room had a good air conditioner and curtains. Staff relatively pleasant. Floor was carpeted and sticky; strong smell of chemicals in room. "

"We were in Room 220. The door was ajar when we got there. The carpet was wet. The light by the door was very dim. I went to turn on the light by the bed and the nob to turn the switch was broken.
