"Small hotel, that should be classified as 3 star for dated rooms that need a serious remodel beyond just shoving in a jetted tub and adding a cheap sprayer handle in the bathroom. Room was large with vaulted ceilings so could be very nice. The room was clean, just run down. The best part is the 2nd floor where breakfast is served in the ballroom. "The communication was amazing and I felt extremely comfortable with the neighborhood and coming and going from this B&B. Near famous shops and busy streets. I was able to message property owner on demand and the response time was almost immediate. Would stay again."

"This hotel is not a “hotel” in the traditional sense. The door to enter the building is a wicket door, which was our first safety concern, as I hit my head on it exiting the building. The hotel rooms are on the second floor of the building. There is a front counter, but the staff working there did not typically even look up as guests entered or left. The only negative I have to say is the elevator/lift situation was difficult with my 77 year old mother and her walker. Certain lifts only went to certain areas of the hotel. The signs for the lifts were not well visualized. "

The definition of a hidden gem! Our host Stefania was super attentive, kind, helpful, and just had everything perfectly arranged for us. "Ein tolles Hotel, das man nur empfehlen kann. Die Lage war top und alles im Hotel auch. Unser Zimmer war gross und wir konnten sogar Stunden vor dem Check in schon ins Zimmer weil es schon fertig war. Das frühstück war sehr vielfältig und mit einem tollen Blick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight war der beheizte Whirlpool den man bis 0 Uhr verwenden kann, ebenfalls mit Blick auf die Stadt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend & immer sehr bemüht und freundlich! "
