"This is the king of all onsesns in Japan that you get to use for free anytime while staying at the property. There are a few rules like no shoes at all in the entire place, but once you learn them it's all good. The area is great in the heart of shinsekai with dozens of options to eat. I have just booked another stay since I liked it so much. Oh and the breakfast and the gym are really good too."

"The breakfast options for vegetarians were very limited and not particularly healthy — there didn't seem to be much understanding of vegetarian dietary needs. We had booked a premium room for two adults and two children, but they refused to provide an extra bed, stating that the expectation is for adults to share beds with the children. On top of that, they didn't even give us the premium room we had originally booked. The customer service was quite rude throughout."

"Very clean and spacious room, beds were comfortable, noise level was a bit much at times but didn't mind it all that much, it's right next to a station so you hear the trains all day and night, but all in all it was a pleasant stay."

"Hotel main lobby and amenities are as they post on the website but the rooms are outdated. The room had a sofa in it and it had stains on it. The carpet had bad patches and holes floor. The location of the in hotel is convenient to shops and nearby sites."

The beds are a little stiff, so of you have a sore back, etc, may not be your best option. But its a great hotel for short stays and you have everything you need. Thank you for the no-charge locker services! It allowed us to take a stroll in the park in the morning without our backpacks. "
