I don’t think it is fair to market this a hot springs resort if this is paid separately at full price and the hotel guests have the same access to the limited schedules that apply to outside visitors. A more accurate description would be this is a HOTEL with a thermal baths business beside it. There are no real benefits for being a guest for attending the thermal baths. There is no discount and is exactly the same as if for visitor attending. The buffet organisation was very chaotic, with the food positioned at far end making it necessary to navigate through small spaces between dining tables to reach it. Children were unsupervised grabbing food with their hand and pushing in where adults had lined up to serve. Food and juice was finished quickly and not refilled often."

"Beautiful, modern room. Restaurant /bar very nice and staff super friendly and efficient. Only let down was that the pool was closed for 1 day and when open was zoned in lanes, so not a hotel/holiday vibe at all. "
