"Location is okay but the place was terribly dirty: dirty and sticky floor, dust in the bed, sticky stains in the table, and super smelly perfume they use on the bedding and curtains. Not worth the price."

We stayed for four nights with breakfast included and on the last day,The waitress named Cynthia told us that our breakfast was not included and insulted us by calling us stupids ash*ls. Of the four nights we stayed only one night they did the cleaning in our room.7 minutes from there is a better Holiday Inn that I recommend."

"VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. "

"The Silversmith Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the river, Millennium Park, and lots of museums and attractions. It was easy to take the train from the airport and walk a few blocks to the hotel. Bus and train stops right near the hotel. The room was clean and cozy. The hotel was well-maintained. "The bell men were very nice and helpful. The hotel clerk that checked me in was very pleasant. The other lady that was a hotel clerk when I arrived was not pleasant and very rude. When I asked a question she was rude about it. My reservation was not what I expected.....I was reserved a lake view and I got a view of mostly trees."
