"First night there was a problem with the elevators but it was not the staffs fault and they were very eager to offer a lower floor and apologize. We took a lower floor and walked the stairs. By the morning everything was in working order and everything was perfect!!! Staff was friendly and made you feel at home."

"This was a fabulous experience. The staff were beyond beyond helpful and kind… We didn’t like the room that we got online so they helped us to upgrade. The valet was so attentive and kind and the maids were so wonderful and helpful… the Pittsburgh Ballet did not send me my tickets until the last minute so the front desk printed them out and made sure I had them …There’s an amazing restaurant with very good wait staff inside the hotel. I can’t say enough about this hotel."
