"What was good about the stay and property is the staff to start with. When arriving there on the 3rd of this month. I was told that there was no reservation in my name. It has been canceled in April. I canceled the reservation with the third party, which was charging much more. I made reservation through the hotel itself, which i do not know how this reservation was cancelled, even though Expedia sent me a confirmed email. "The view was amazing! The room was really nice and updated. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe how much delicious food was offered for breakfast! There was only one elevator working so it made it difficult to come and go. The Kuerig in our room didn't work and the shampoo dispenser was empty."
