I didn't get the opportunity to stay. I booked a room in advance. When my husband and I arrived we went straight to our room. We opened the door and immediately smelled a strong odor of what I assumed was cleaning supplies.The reason for our departure was due to the loud noise of the air conditioner fan. I went down to the front desk and reported the problem and was told they would send someone up to check it, if the problem couldn't be fixed they would move us to a different room. We went back to our roo and waited as we sat talking not disturbing or touching anything in case they moved us. After 40 minutes I called down to the front desk and explained the situation to a different women who was now checking people in. I was told that the maintenance man was at a funeral and would arrive shortly. I asked to be put in a different roomand was told there were no more rooms available. We couldn't possibly sleep or stay in the room with this constant noisy fan so we had no choice but to check out. We felt that we were treated poorly and I felt as ifI was in the wrong. I received no apologies. I will never stay at this Hotel period!!
