"Booked an “accessible” room, by mistake and found that there was a difference in the bed that we preferred not to have - my fault but just saying for others who may have our same preference. Otherwise, learn the AC and TV remote and the stay was just fine. Conveniently located, and very comfortable."

"Overall, the room was clean and spacious. However, the bathroom is claustrophobically tiny. No mirror or wash basin in the bathroom. Room cleaning is only every other day. That is a major turn off. Breakfast was just okay, not much variety. Fruits were especially stale, consistently."

"Our first night and morning staff, Nellie and Carla, were fantastic. They were kind and friendly, and very helpful and attentive. Are next 2 nights left a lot to be desired. Both night, extremely loud and disrespectful. Arrived between midnight and 2am, with children in tow.. The staff did not seem to be able to control the influx. "Not clean .. absolutely no lights in the room at all no lamps nothing. The tub faucet was broken and cut my hand. There was newspaper clippings pasted to the wall with scratches on the walls with giant holes and painters tape covering everything.. the door didn’t shut all the way having to lock it to stay shut. The staff came and told me a woman when she brought me a lamp very late last night said I had two hour late check out well now she wants me out at 12 and I’m at a doctors appt. This was...

"The suite rooms were huge."

"Breakfast was wonderful as were Sabrina, Chastity and Janette. Issues: First Room 231: The lines were blown out Thursday and hot water was running from shower & sink. I cleaned both. Bathroom floor wet - I dried. Also the AC would not work right. Moved to Room 334: Toilet wanted to overflow every 2 flushes. The sink spewed water as there was no aerator. The water in the shower would not cut off. We reported the problems and told they would be and were fixed Friday. Not done. Reported again...

"Booked room thru Expedia. Expedia charged my card $158. Get to hotel. They say room is booked but they only received $38. They said I have to pay the balance. I left. Still awaiting refund."
