"I booked a non smoking room with amenities of a refrigerator and microwave and ac. The room had three cockroaches in it and the ac was not on when I opened the door. There was no refrigerator. It was over 90 degrees inside. I turned on the ac but still had to get a fan to get the temperature down. It took 2 hours for the room to cool to under 80 degrees. It was miserable. The room had an ashtray and burn marks on the bedding, furniture and even the bathtub. The bedding was dirty and the pillows...

Look like someone spit chewing tobacco on the upper corner of the door by the hinges. Arrived at check in time 3pm room was already taken. It was a handicap room. That's it for us."

"No pillow cases on pillows. One bed broke as my child started sitting on it. AC did not work. Toilet paper roll has dried bodily functions on it. I sadly did not think to take pictures before leaving so Expedia is being difficult about refunding my non-stay, as we ended up going elsewhere, because this place should be condemned until it can be brought up to minimum health code standards, at least. It was BAD."

"They didn't let me in when I already I was pride with Expedia and I already have all the necessary my id my reservation number , confirmation everything they just don't want my family there I call all the support and after 40 minutes waiting for my room they don't recognize my reservation so I have to pay another hotel room at the nigh in a unknown place just waiting for my refund . In the end they said that the hotel change the name that's why the reason but I already was there with all paid...

"The room was perfect, utilized the amenities offered, and no complaints about staff. My only negative was not having enough towels for the number of guests listed on reservation. Be prepared to wait for elevators, they can take a while depending on the time of day. Pool area isn’t that large but it is nice having an indoor pool. I loved how secure the property is and being able to catch the elevator from the garage straight to your room floor."
