"Everything with the check in process was seamless and lovely. Ashlynn was professional and communicated clearly the layout of the property. The follow up after check in was also thoughtful and timely. The room was nice and easy to navigate despite a later check-in/arrival. My only concern was that one of the soap dispensers was leaking, and shampoo/body wash accumulated in the bottom of the tub. When I went to shower, it was hard to see, and the floor of the tub was quite slippery. It felt a...
