"Overall this was a 1 star stay. The bright spot is Nick. He was an amazing front desk staffer. I had a cell phone issue while trying to schedule a ride to the airport. He was doing all he could to help me. Now the downside. The window shade was in disrepair to the point that you could see in from the outside and I rigged a towel on a hanger to get by. The USB port (the only one I could find) was broken which was obvious by just looking at it. The sheets were very thin. The buttons to set the alarm clock were broken. (Cell phone issue so that was not an option. I asked for a wake up call to meet my shuttle to the airport. That call never came but I luckily woke up 10 minutes before the shuttle arrived. I told the front desk attendant that I didn't get the requested call. She gave an 'I couldn't care less' shrug, rolled her eyes, said "well sorry". I can deal with everything else as you get what you pay for. But the attitude of the front desk attendant was just about too much. I left quickly before my response had a chance to get out. My shuttle was waiting and it clearly wouldn't have mattered if I retorted."

"The chair in the room was heavily stained. The shower had not been scrubbed, so there was dirt and buildup. The carpets were quite dirty as well. The bedding / towels were clean and room was warm. It was an ok experience for 1 night."

"Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was huge and comfortable, hot tub and pool were clean and you can bring your drinks from the restaurant out to enjoy. The Silver Pines restaurant in the hotel was some of the best food and drinks we had on our entire trip, highly recommend!"

"The location of the Junipine Resort was perfect for our visit. The stunning mountain views and sounds of Oak Creek were waiting for us every time we stepped out onto the balcony. It's only a short 15 minute drive to Uptown Sedona. We will definitely stay at the Junipine Resort again."
