"I used Expedia to make a reservation and accidentally put the wrong date. I couldn't cancel it or get a refund so I have to pay for a room I didn't even stay in. $200 down the drain!"

"The room provided was filthy. There was urine stains on the floor in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults and 2 children. No hand or face towels. The front desk was contacted and they provided another room which was satisfactory. "

"While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff."

"Comfortable beds"

"Our stay at this Hampton Inn was just an overnight as we were traveling. As always, we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Upgrades were being made at this location as we were there, but other than some areas that needed attending, there was no inconvenience. What really stood out was the welcoming and helpful nature of the staff! They were wonderful and treated us as if we were family. Specifically, because of that, if we're ever in the area...
