We had a late check in and it was a bit challenging finding the entrance to the hotel. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. The room we originally went in (#310) had a a non-functioning fridge, and we had bought some food that had to be refrigerated. The room had a a very large bathroom and was nice. I notified the front desk of the refrigerator issue and she had no one who could switch out the fridge, so we were moved to #406 which was rather dated and much smaller. My wife and I were a bit disappointed but were tired and went to bed. The next day we went to complimentary breakfast and was surprised at the rather cool breakfast room and no so warm coffee. In the lobby we found hotter coffee, which struck me as odd. On the way back to the room we saw the hotel maid in our hall and requested a couple towels. She never acknowledged what we said and we repeated the request. She said ok, but we never got them.
Overall, the place is old, worn and dated. I guess some of the people working in the kitchen area and cleaning the rooms have a negative attitude towards helping their guests as well. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
