"Had a very unpleasant and dirty looking woman with extreme foul body odor who checked me in late with my 2 kids. I asked for a check out at 12 and she kept saying 11. This was a Monday night and I highly doubt a little interstate hotel off 95 in April is so busy to the point an hour late to check out was an unreasonable request. Give me a break!"

"The front desk staff was very friendly and the room appeared clean and modern, I encountered several significant issues. My car door was scratched by construction trucks in the parking area, which did not feel secure. Additionally, there was a strong odor of smoke at the entrance. Regarding the facilities and amenities, the bathroom faucets are in need of replacement. I also suggest improving the dining options; most of the food choices were too sweet to eat. Although the pricing was affordable, I hope these comments are helpful for future improvements."
