Super nice hotel! Very clean and the staff was awesome! There’s still quite a bit of construction going on, but that’s because of Caesars… Which is an easy walking distance from this hotel!
The property was very nice and extremely clean. The rooms were very spacious, at least the king room we stayed in. One of the best parts was that it’s within walking distance to Caesars Casino, which made the stay very convenient. We went over for a concert and were able to walk there without needing an Uber or transportation. The staff was also super nice and very helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel was clean and staff was great. The decor as for the color of the room was to dark. In the bathroom the toilet tissue was to far from the toilet. I know they were going for the rustic look with the exposed beams and pipes but the wall color was to dark. This morning they were working on the parking lot and the hole building was shaking and you could feel it and hear it as well. The labeling on the shower was wrong I turn to what I thought was hot water and got cold. It's a beautiful hotel they just need to lighten the colors in the rooms so it's not so dark I have never stayed in a cabin in the mountains with dark colors on the walls.
We stayed on 3rd floor. The room was large, nicely decorated, had a huge walk in shower, high wood plank ceilings and wood beams. There was a filtered water dispenser which was nice for coffee. We are not casino people but it was within easily walking distance. Our stay at The Laurel was excellent.
Outstanding room. Outstanding service.
I was driving away and realized that I had forgotten a phone charger. I called the front desk and the gentleman there went up to my room, retrieved
the charger and called me back within five minutes.
Walking distance to casino.
