"I was told to book on the sunday and come at 12pm there was a bed in a dormitory for me. I arrive to the guy who was suppose to be in reception outside smoking. I called the mobile number it was the same guy who was outside smoking, he came in and said to me we do not take bookings Sundays after telling me on the phone to book and come. I wasted money on ubers because he wouldn't give me my bed that I had paid for. Absolutely terrible service. He couldn't care less."

Bed was very comfortable. View from room was great. Shower water pressure can be improve. Lighting a bit dim. Plenty of parking available. Location wise close to town if you have a car. Overall a comfortable stay.
