"We loved our view of the river. Parking was good. Unfortunately we had a canvas awning or something flapping all night outside our room. "I very much enjoy staying at The Junction Motel and have stayed there on numerous occasions. It’s always my first choice. However confusion on booking due to sale of hotel last November by Travelodge to Mantra. They were u aware of booking commitment re breakfast and other offers made by Travelodge. They honoured breakfast but not all amenities after discussion.

"Lovely hotel (I stayed at Moss 25) in a fantastic part of Hobart. Such an easy place to get to anything, steps from the Salamanca markets and only a few minutes walk to the wharf. I stayed in two rooms (loft and pod).

"Room was clean and comfortable. The USB ports did not work so I had to charge my devices in the common area.
The pod door is loud and the pods are not soundproof, so people's movements can be heard constantly throughout the night.
My pod (No. 10) was a lower one in the corner and it was quite difficult to enter and exit in between the wall and the upper pod ladder.
It would be nice if the pod had a compartment to keep glasses/phone/anything fragile "
