"Great staff, friendly service. I stayed in the historic tower so the elevators are a bit smaller than normal, but the room was spacious and clean. My only wish is I hope they renovate the washrooms from a tub to a shower! Byredo toiletries which smell amazing as always. "

"The staff were very courteous. I really want to highlight the exceptional service offered to us by Yohannes who went far and beyond to make sure we had a great breakfast each day we stayed there. Always welcomed us with a great big smile and made sure we were well taken care of. We cant thank him enough for making our stay at your hotel the best experience ever for me and my guests. This was the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel in Canada. Great selection of all the breakfast items and i really loved the fact that the fruit was so fresh!! Definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay again! Thank you so much!"
