Location is the key - if you plan to drive from Reykjavik to National parks for hiking and sightseeing, it has an excellent location on the East edge of town, very accessible. Pretty close to Costco gas station as well, which is well worth to save money on very expensive gas (just like everything in Iceland). "Nice, clean place with modern facilities. Due to the sunny weather, the room was very hot the day we checked in, but after opening the window vents it cooled off, and as the weather cooled during the week, it was not an issue. Otherwise, a nice stay in a convenient to Rainbow street location."
