"Dirty room. Couldn’t shower it was so gross."

"I will use this hotel anytime we come to LA. Clean, quiet, and comfortable."

"Rooms are outdated. Bathroom fixtures and cabinets look old and not maintained. Except for the lobby, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Guests have to request room cleaning or towel replacements. We made a request in the morning around 9am, and, to our surprise, it was not done by the time we were back around 8pm so we had to request the service again. In today’s information age, gusts have to pay for decent internet, however, I believe this is true for all Hilton hotels. We will not be back."

"The hotel is fairly new. The front desk staff were extremely friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to say hello and to try to assist in every way. Check in was fast and simple. I stayed in a King bed room with a lot of space including a large sleep sofa (I did not need this). The bathroom was excellent. The lighting in the bathroom was stellar ( I HATE dark bathrooms. You can't see well enough to shave your face). The location is very convenient with proximity to a huge shopping area...

"The property was very clean and well taken care of. The entire staff was very polite and friendly. Everywhere we would walk in the hotel, the staff would always smile and greet us. It didn't matter if the staff was a manager or a cook everyone was so polite. The rooms were clean as well."

"Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly. My only criticism is that the breakfast dishes were on too long of a cycle. Quite often, items were running out and we had to wait for re-stock."

"We were very comfortable staying at the hotel . The front desk very friendly. The rooms clean & I like the fact there are no carpets , the room looks like it was updated . Beds very comfortable. The best part is that if your lucky you can park inside the enclosure, gives a sense of safety for you and your car , but it fills up fast ."

"Freezing cold room when we arrived. Many outlets didn’t work .Keurig didn’t work. Room service didn’t come when we asked for a light cleaning. Never had cleaning for the 3 days we were there. Won’t stay again. Rooms weren’t cheap."

"The hotel itself was nice but when we got into our room it was not cleaned well at all. We then got switched to another room but it did not include what I paid for and that room was also not properly cleaned so we then had to be switched again for the third time to another room that they intentionally cleaned prior to moving us."

"Everything was so much nicer than we expected. The gym was complete. The whole building was spotless. The second floor patio bar was very private and cool. The parking was also so easy."
