"The room was clean, the hotel was busy and loud which is to be expected of an airport hotel. It is within walking distance of LAX. Overall it was a decent stay. It's unfortunate they don't offer room service."

"This was our 2nd stay , the last time we stayed here was in January 2026, great breakfast options . You can make your own waffles, there’s eggs, cereals, ham etc. clean overall . This last time we had very loud people staying upstairs stomping around at midnight but that’s not the hotels fault. One downside was that the iron had something stuck to it from previous people and they weren’t able to replace it , so we were left with wrinkled clothes for the day. "The hotel overall and location was great! The staff was friendly and efficient. Property was clean. The outdoor property doesn't look as pictured but it didn't matter to us since we were not using the gazebo/yard area. My suggestions are that they need more lighting. The room was a little dark although it had many lamps. Also, the mini fridge's depth was half of a typical mini. We couldn't even fit a small plate or leftovers. The fridge was only for small drinks. Also, it smelled horrible. But...

"This is my second time staying here. I choose this hotel mainly for the convenient location to my firm in Diamond Bar, but it is also very comfortable. Near a Target, Starbucks, and several restaurants. Lots of parking. Breakfast was convenient. Unique social hour. Only wish the rooms with double beds had one more chair for guests, so they don’t have to sit on the bed. I had a King bed the first time, which also had a couch and coffee table. Super convenient for visitors."
