"The 9.0 rating is not accurate at all. First of all, there was no toilet paper provided. One of the beds wasn't even made when we arrived, which made the room feel unprepared. On top of that, the air quality from the AC was terrible. I woke up with a stuffy nose, and the room felt uncomfortable because of it. Based on my experience, I will not be returning or recommending this place.PLEASE SOMEONE CLEAN THE AC FILTER CAUSE MAN!!!! THEY ARE GROWS!"

"Top bed sheet was dirty; housekeeping had left for the day so the staff told us that we would have to replace it ourselves. Check out was at 11 AM and Housekeeping bothered twice in the morning, at 9:30 and 10:30 am."

"Our overall experience was wonderful. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean but noticed the storage space was minimal. Bathroom was noisy. Room service was available upon request and they are very responsive. Parking was convenient and safe. Access to shopping & restaurants was walkable. We are definitely looking forward to stay here for our future visits to LA."

"I had stayed here once a number of years ago and had thought back then that the property was acceptable but nothing too special. Things have changed. My recent stay was excellent. The rooms have been thoughtfully remodeled and everything was very clean and in great condition. I recommend this property. It's conveniently located and offered excellent value."
