"I booked this hotel because of the multiple hot tubs that they listed. I even called the property before booking to make sure that the hot tubs were in working condition. Of course, only one whole hot tub was open and it was freezing cold. There were lots of people at the pool that day and everyone was frustrated! "The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was so nice to be able to store our luggage after checkout so we could continue exploring on our last day before it was time for our ferry. The room was small and a little outdated, but very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for the 2 nights we spent there. Perfect location, central to everything! "

The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."
