"The service at the Ayres Hotel was great. I left my room for maybe an hour and a half and when I got back my bed was already made my dirty linen had been replaced. Not to mention they had made a flower out of the toilet paper. I was very impressed. The lighting was amazing in the room, the beds were so comfortable, and the AC was just perfect. Overall, this was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint was with the bathroom door. It was frosted glass and filled the room with light when the bathroom was in use especially at night. Also a weird noise issue with hearing voices through the ventilation system."

"Left my gold ring on the side of microwave tried reaching out to staff about it they asked me to leave a message to the manager , they haven’t called back seem too not be interested in helping out at this point I’ll take the loss yeah it’s my mistake but atleast have some type of effort in helping out or reaching out would be nice, I run a business and I know the moment I get a whiff of something shady going on that would be a priority oh well just don’t leave your stuff in hotel rooms.
