Even though there is no communication with a human host, the AI text messaging was quick and quite helpful. "We booked a standard 1 bdr. Compared to other resort properties where we have stayed in the PS area, the rooms were really small. There was no drink or food service at the main pool and only 1 poor worker in the sole food service cafe on property. So, wait times were long. The room was clean, but the patio was full of leaves and the table dusty. I recommend upgrading to a premium room or selecting another resort property."
