"We enjoyed our stay at Laguna Hills Lodge much more than we expected. I was initially a little nervous because the staff did not seem very approachable during check-in, but thankfully that first impression did not reflect the rest of our experience. "The service at the Ayres Hotel was great. I left my room for maybe an hour and a half and when I got back my bed was already made my dirty linen had been replaced. Not to mention they had made a flower out of the toilet paper. I was very impressed. The lighting was amazing in the room, the beds were so comfortable, and the AC was just perfect. Overall, this was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint was with the bathroom door. It was frosted glass and filled the room with light when the bathroom was in use especially at night. Also a weird noise issue with hearing voices through the ventilation system."

"The lobby was nice. The room was fine. My biggest gripe was the TV was atrocious. The picture was super dark that you couldn't watch any shows that were not animated. It also was not a smart TV so we couldn't log in to any streaming service. You had to watch what ever happened to be on cable, so we watched the Disney channel all night.
