"My experience was great, from the moment we checked in to our check out we did not have any issues. Megan and Jessica at the front desk were warm and welcoming, the hotel smelled clean and was clean. Our room was the perfect size for our needs. Only thing I would add is a covered trash can in the restroom. There was a small bin under the sink and a small bin under the desk, but the bathroom did not have a trash can. "This is such a reliable place to stay in the Los Angeles area that is just a tad outside the downtown and busier corridors. But if you're doing a day of sightseeing, you can leave this hotel early and beat the heavier Los Angeles area traffic.
