"Property was good, Breakfast lady was very attentive and helpful. It is nice to see that not only this property but most of the Holiday Inns that we've stayed at recently have heeded my countless messages about the bathroom mirrors being too high. I can now see my face and shoulders whereas before I could only see the top of my head. THANK YOU! "I really enjoyed my experience here. It definitely exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean and the pool was nearby. My family and I had a great time. The customer service experience was great! I did arrive early and they made it a priority to allow me to check in a little early. I also meal prep a lot and they had a full fridge with a freezer. It was very convenient! "

"Friendly and helpful staff. We try to use the stairs rather than the elevator when we stay in multi-story hotels. Often the stairway is unkept. The stairway at the Best Wester was neat tidy and clean."

"Nice atmosphere, great room. WIFI was weird. If you were not a choice reward member you had to watch a sponsor video. Kept logging us out. Went to front desk and she was not very helpful. Told me to read how to fix it in the room. Be better and give your customers wifi! Make it simple!!"
