I went through the request process to change my dates and they refused. They charged me despite the fact that I made an honest mistake and wanted to update my reservation the same day it was made. "Clean room, friendly staff… unforeseen accident by the entry foyer… had to enter & exit thru the Ballroom area for 2 days… during checked out, we were promised, due to the inconvenience, either a free lunch at the Lambertville Station Restaurant or a future 1-day free stay… we opted for the free stay. Staff took down my email & phone number… so waiting for that call or email from them to make good with that promise. Let’s wait & see 🙏"

"Carla the housekeeper kept a clean room, the front staff was friendly and helpful, the valet leaves something to be desired. They retrieved my car and parked it across the street and said you can cross the street to go get it...we had a cart full of bags so I said you are valet please bring it to this side of the street. Then when he gave me the car, he failed to give me my key fob. Luckily I realized it as we pulled away and we got our key fob. They need to train their valet employees."

"The room initially looked fine. But then we noticed the dirty towels and that the trash hadn’t been emptied. It took a bit to get clean towels and there seemed to be no real care about the problem."

"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"

"Very nice hotel. Clean and updated. Great breakfast. Staff was exceptional. We had car problems and broke down. The manager Linda was fabulous she was very helpful and offered to help us out with transportation. We will be staying here again. Close to Green Dragon and antique shops."
