"We booked this hotel because of the location and the shuttle however when we were trying to arrange a pick up by calling the number given, was just an ai voice who kept saying she had sent a link to my phone, no link arrived (tried around 10 times). I also sent text messages which weren't responded to, and also messaged via the hotels.com messaging and to this day still has not been responded to. We ended up having to pay for an Uber to the hotel. Breakfast was ok. The AC was pretty noisy all night. The room smelled of damp. Bugs in the bathroom"

"There was nothing wrong with the staff, they were polite & helpful, the location was perfect for us as we went to Disney four days out of our trip. I was disappointed in the fact that one night we came back from Disney and outside our room smelled like weed as well as a heavy police presence near our building. The police were looking for someone and I had my son with me. That wasn’t fun explaining to him. Also, my room had an issue with the ac however maintenance came within about 15 mins and fixed it. Like I said, the staff were professional and polite. And also, I found two bugs in my room. I’m not sure what kind but I don’t like bugs. I used to stay here all the time as a child but I don’t think we will be back. "
