"Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only minus was that pool was out of service due to a pump failure. Very conveniently located in S Jacksonville near beaches and Mayo with pharmacy, gas station, grocery store and restaurant all close by and walkable. "

"It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and it wreaked of cigarette smoke, cigarette burns all over most of the surfaces, the furniture looked water logged, most of the hard surfaces had suspicious burns, oil from skin was all over the head board and doors.
