We had an amazing stay at Ocean Sands! The location couldn’t be better — breakfast right on the beach with beautiful views every morning. The staff went above and beyond, and a special thank you to Julio, who was especially helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel felt very safe and family-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Fantastic service, spotless rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The 1 acre private beach is a wonderful thing! The place was clean, and the people were welcoming and knowledgeable. We were there during threatening weather and they went out of their way to ease our minds and give us great information about the weather. We would love to return when we could stay longer!

the room was perfect. we were able to walk across the road straight onto the beach. I will warn others there is a 40 per day parking fee and there are some items in the room that are additional costs. however that will not deter me from going back

To say this place is incredible would be an understatement. I have never been to such a well thought-out and intentionally prepared hotel. From the lobby to the room they provide things you didn't even know you wanted! Such a lovely place I will come back just to stay here for sure.

DO NOT STAY HERE . Read the negative reviews. Upon arrival we were told we had to pay 40$ for parking and was like ok handed over my card . Woke up the next morning to a charge of 30$ and an extra charge for 133$ went o checkout and was told it was a mistake got refunded on the spot . Woke up this morning at home and was charged another 178 $ spoke to the manager and owner all who say the money would be refunded and only 45 $ was . Spoke with owner again today and said money would be refunded by the end of today and has not . So I had to go to my bank and report the charges. If you want a subpar hotel that charges you for things you didn’t sign for then choose this hotel .

This is not a boutique hotel experience - even though they charge a hefty resort fee. It is an old motel on A1A with loud traffic with an ocean view. We paid for 2 nights and stayed just the one.
