"Room was clean but beds were very uncomfortable window was cracked and wouldn't close and wouldn't open refrigerator wouldn't work had problems with the TV and how to ask multiple times and finally after the fourth time somebody had to physically follow me up to get them to fix it for me ask them to take the trash out and replace towels while I was gone for the day did not do that had to ask again and it's been 4 days and I'm still waiting on my deposit"

"Hot tub had a warning label to not use due to no chemicals in hot tub from the state of Ohio, bedsheets, pillowcases had stains all over bathrooms were not clean ice machines did not work you could tell the owner of the property did not put any effort into maintaining this property will not be staying at this one again"

"This was like the Bollywood knock off versions of a La Quinta Inn. I had no idea that Wyndham had bought La Quinta. I should’ve known if it’s a Wyndham property it will be rundown, half fixed, dirty, and gross. They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong. Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying...
