"We took our family up to Cincy for the 4th weekend to see other family. The hotel was decent.. but let me tell you what really stood out to us.. the Front desk lady.. JESSICA! She has so sweet, and so kind. Her and my husband had a great time picking back and forth. My husband used to stay at this hotel before me and there was a gentlemen that worked there and was wonderful he said Jessica was just as amazing and she will be the reason we return!
