"This was our first time staying at Fairfield Inn and we were happy with our booking. We were welcomed by friendly staff and were able to access our room which was conveniently located on the first floor. The room and bathroom were both clean and well maintained. "The room was so filthy that we couldn’t stay. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was disgusting, even the mattress had stains on it. We had to move to another hotel, and they would not refund our money. I would not recommend it AT ALL."

"Our room was dirty dirt and debris behind front door, spiders and dirt behind bathroom door, at least 30 burn holes in our blanket. I was disgusted with the amount of garbage in hallways and alcohol cans/bottles on window ledges. It is very poorly maintained. The breakfast consisted of dry muffins in a wrapper and coffee. However the front desk staff was very nice. I will never stay again, and would not recommend to anyone. In all honesty I feel like a refund is in order."
