"Our stay at Holiday Inn was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. Upon check-in, we were unable to access our assigned room because the door lock battery was dead. "Wind Creek was a great place to stay. The room, Staff and Casino were outstanding. All the Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The Food in the Restaurants was great, cheap and the drinks were free. What more could you ask for. We will be back."

"The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for three nights. There was no room maintenance, so you have to remove your own trash and ask for clean towels as needed. The staff was nice for the most part. The restaurant is not in the hotel and neither is the bar. You have to walk or drive the the gaming center. "
