"Very very difficult to get up to our room because of the multi levels of stairs but more importantly copious copious doorways that had to be unlocked to go through to next section. I understand the idea of safety but the situation was frustratingly comical- how laborious and time consuming it all was."

"Signage for the property was nearly non-existent, I thought it was just a a cafe.
The cafe area was clean, but once you went into the accommodation area, the cleanliness was lacking. The staircase banister was sticky, the stairs had rubbish and the toilet looked like it hadn't seen bleach for years. I get that these are high traffic areas but its also not that hard to keep clean. The room had rubbish down the side of my bed and the mattress was dirty.
I went to pee in the bathroom and there...
