We needed a bar of soap for the kitchen and she gave us towels and wash clothes instead. Maybe a laminated chart with pictures to aid in communication would be beneficial. "

"The woman who checked me in was so friendly and gave me recommendations on what to do while in San Antonio. The hotel is beautiful and my room was cute and quiet. The only downside was the pillows in the bed. The pillows are extremely over sized, hard and very difficult to sleep on. Don't get me wrong, the pillows were great for sitting up in bed but much too thick to lay your head and get a good night's sleep. "
