"It is a very old building and we had to climb up and down many stairs, but we are both agile so that was fine. We had a tiny television, which we didn't try out. We only had 1 set of towels in the room and not enough milk for drinks, so we asked at reception to rectify this. We were asked if we had looked in the wardrobe, we had, but found nothing. "Had a 2 night stay at this property, very happy with our visit, couldn't really fault it to be fair, as we didn't really spend a lot of time there apart from our first night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy, the staff were very helpful and cheerful, had breakfast on both mornings, opted for the classic breakfast, which was ample, the bar was well stocked and plenty staff serving. Room was very hot window only opened six inches not much air coming in.fan provided was useless.. didn’t get much sleep as we were hot sticky and itratible..not going back.this was not in the heatwave.. the following weekend .."
