"Fitness center was open 24hrs, good variety of equipment, entire property was well-maintained. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had great views. Conveniently located to lots of food options, museums, and attractions. Staff was friendly and attentive."

"Did not like had to take shuttle to/from the airport parking lot to the hotel since the people mover closed. Was way more convenient to walk out the door onto the people mover directly into the airport. Hard to believe its cheaper to pay for more busses and drivers than just maintaining the walkway."

"Our flight required us to be at the airport at 3 am, so we didn't use the shuttle so I can't comment. The staff was nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and close to the airport. The problem is parking. I guess since many people leave their car there when they travel, there isn't enough parking. We went out at 1 am and 30 min later, when we returned, our spot was taken and the lot was full. But I would stay there again."

"This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. "Staff gals all great"

"Our stay was not bad. Staff was really helpful and friendly. It was a short, easy drive to restaurants & shopping, but not walkable. The TV, fridge, freezer, microwave and shower-tub are full size. Downsides were no continental breakfast. The blankets were thin, and there were no drapes on the window which made the morning bright. I'd stay here again."

"The hotel is charming, the rooms are large, with high ceiling, big windows and nice decor. The windows would benefit from black out drapes, as the hotel is close to a busy road. The breakfast is served in the former Refectory and you can take it to the beautiful inner courtyard where there is plenty of sitting and a fountain amidst the greenery and flowers. The bathroom is smallish but very well appointed and sparkling clean. There is also complimentary outdoor parking, a big plus in any city."

"Hotel was okay... I think they are going through renovations? Items were for sale in the lobby... walls scratched in the hallway on the way to the room. Breakfast was okkkkk. Went to Starbucks after ha ha. Just stayed one night, so it was fine. The lady at the front desk was super nice."
