"The room is spacious and clean, and the wooden floor is a bonus. However, we found that there was no tissue box in the living room, so we had to use the one in the bathroom instead.
There was also no bottled water provided. In the end, we spent $2.75 × 4 bottles for our two-night stay. The staff did not tell us that we could use the water fountain on the ground floor, and we only discovered it near the pool area on the day of check-out.

"Perfect location for visiting Old Montreal. Very walkable for much of what we wanted to do and super close to the metro for traveling further. Easy to get there from the airport also. The room was beautiful and comfortable and had great toiletries, all we needed in kitchen, comfy sitting area. Best bed pillows I have ever had in a hotel. Stylish hotel that added joy and ease to our visit to Montreal."
"New, clean, modern and comfortable are a few words to describe Moxy’s in my opinion. Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed and fun vibe. Bar and restaurant has excellent choices, modern deco and great staff. 11 minute walk to Bell Centre. I really enjoyed the 12pm checkout too. I would book again and highly recommend."
"Liked the history of the property and the restaurant was good. The room has a lot of electronic gadgets for turning on lights etc but it was very confusing and frustrating to use. We are both quite tech literate. The heated bathroom floor and toilet seat were nice. The room as a design element had a number of small windows limiting the view. Would not stay there again."
"The noise from the downstairs restaurant is not pleasant. No where does it state this could be an issue. The hallways are getting old. Carpet needed replacing. Lights are hanging off the wall. Didn’t find it very clean. Waiting for staff to check out. No one around. No sign. Nothing. The best thing about it is the location of you like this part of town. Unfortunately. I won’t stay here again."
