"I really wanted to love this stay because the location of the property is fantastic and put us right where we needed to be. However, the logistical and health-standard issues made it impossible to give a higher rating. The parking was an absolute headache. The layout is cramped and frustrating, which is a stressful way to start and end every day. The main reason for the low rating, however, was the breakfast. I found mold in the breakfast scones, which is completely unacceptable."

"Looks can be deceiving. Do not book. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they were not accommodating at all. So many of the amenities were down, and the staff was not helpful at all. The last straw for me was when I asked for late checkout initially they granted that request and said that we could stay until noon. At 11:15 AM they were banging on our door like the police. "We had a wonderful time! The staff was excellent, breakfast was delicious, pool was warm and kept clean, room was meticulous! This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!"
