"My husband and I originally booked a hotel for a small trip to WI Dells. The hotel was a dump. Run down, no air conditioning in the halls, furniture in the room all chipped up. We checked in at 4pm and checked out by 8 making up an excuse why we had to leave right away. "This is the first time I have stayed at one of these properties, as this was a last minute reservation. I was pleasantly surprised, as it was immaculate. Extremely clean room, gym and breakfast area. David was working the breakfast area and was very friendly, helpful and attended to the area, keeping it all tidy. The front desk attendant was also very friendly."
