"Almost everything was great. The staff was excellent. The breakfast is well done. The property and room were very clean and well kept. My almost is due to the high level of chemicals in the pool. My kiddo swims a BUNCH in pools and lakes and this is the first time her skin and eyes got VERY red. The smell of the chlorine was also very strong. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool-but only opted to use it once due to the potency of the chemicals. But REALLY everything else was very...

"Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We didn’t even have any special needs, bit the guest service team was incredible…from check in to passing the housekeeping in the hall. Ayden especially was fantastic. Underground parking available, and quiet and clean. Property is new…fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of preferred places to stay for Verona."

"I made my reservation 15 minutes before arriving. When I got there the clerk at the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted her time spent talking with friends, that were standing at the counter. Then when she realized she needed to help me, she said "Oh, you just made this reservation, I thought I was done for thr night." I was less than impressed."

"We were not impressed with the stay and the staff was not friendly and the room could have been better. The bathroom fan sounded liked it was broken. Also the handle on the shower seemed like it could have broke."

"The room was very clean, great variety for breakfast, lady at the desk was very efficient. A little issue with parking only because work crews had their trucks and equipment there and they took up a lot of the parking spots. Would be very nice if they could lower the price."
