South Madison Hotels with Adjoining Rooms

"Unfortunately, my experience at this location did not reflect the standards associated with the Hilton brand. On the first night, I was assigned a room directly next to the elevator, resulting in continuous noise and significant difficulty sleeping. Although the room was changed the following morning, this issue should have been avoided for a multi‑night reservation. On the third day, the hotel Wi‑Fi stopped working entirely. Even after entering my last name and room number, the system repeatedly displayed “invalid guest credentials.” This made it impossible to access the internet when I needed it. Additionally, after a long day, I returned to find that my key card no longer worked, requiring another trip to the front desk to resolve the issue. These repeated operational problems created unnecessary stress and frustration. Most concerning was the consistently unwelcoming and dismissive attitude displayed by certain front desk staff members. As an international guest, I expected professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Instead, I felt unwelcome throughout my stay. This is unacceptable for a hotel representing an international brand and hosting guests from around the world. Iwould like to acknowledge the staff members who did uphold Hilton’s values. Liz and the shuttle driver provided exceptional service and professional. Their service was the highlight of an otherwise disappointing stay. However, the overall experience at the front desk overshadowed these positive interactions."

"There was a good variety of breakfast items. Front desk staff was easy and polite to work with. The pool needed a little attention (sand and starburst wrappers). The beds were a little hard. Those are nitpicky things though. This was a very good value stay."

"I stayed at country Inn for a conferences I had at the capital. I opted to have breakfast at the hotel everyday as I personally liked it better than what was offered at my conferences. It's about a 10-15 min drive to capital depending on congestion. The staff was very accomodating and cheerful. They even changed my room for me with a smile on their face when I was not happy with my first room. The king suite was roomy and spacy. I LOVED that I had a bath tub in my room. It made it a nice way to relax and drink tea before going to bed. The bedroom of my suite had a glass door which made it so you could not hear hallway noise when in bed. Of course I could hear guest if the door was open or if i was in the living area as they walked by. The hot tub was hot and heated pool was nice. I also enjoyed the outside eating space, free popcorn every night. I will be booking here again for my next conferences. It is alos located around a lot of restaurants. "
