Appreciated that there are laundry facilities for guests. Nice comfortable lobby area with snacks for purchase, that was great as I arrived very early and needed to wait a couple hours to get into my room."

"I had rented for four, but our friends were coming in first. Their "policy" was to not let anyone into the room until the person whose name was on the receipt arrived. Fortunately, the front desk suggested I chat with Epedia. I did and was able to get the name chaged, so they could get in the room promptly."
