"This hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the harbour. Overall it has not been maintained specifically in terms of carpet being very soiled throughout hallways and rooms, We stayed om the 3rd floor up many staircases inaccessible by the elevator and staff did not offer help with heavy suitcases. I was also handed an extremely hot plate at breakfast that burned and blistered both my hands and given nothing to compensate other than burn gel packs. Often disheveled staff are not well...

"We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows.
Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available.
There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk.
They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink...
